Root cause analysis question
Hi i would like to know how depth does the root cause analysis will do to indicate the error that cause the downtime?
like for example a apache server having a downtime cause by web pages script error or db connection, would this kind of error (usually will go to error.log) will be define clearly on the root cause analysis or just a 404 message ??
