Roles - Request 'Add' and 'Edit'

Roles - Request 'Add' and 'Edit'

in the technician roles, what is the difference between 'Add' and Edit' for Requests.

'cos i have one role where i enable for request only the 'Edit', but that tech can add request by just clicking the button 'Add Request'.


can anyone pls clarify?
