Dear Support,

Technician should be able to view the ticket if there's a task assigned to him/her even if he/she is not the owner of the ticket.


Current Roles:

All
All in associated sites
All in group & assigned to him[Requests and Changes only]
Assigned to him[Request and Changes Only]


Propose Roles:

All
All in associated sites
All in group & assigned to him[Requests and Changes only]
