Roles and Contacts

Hi,

I've just started evaluating SC+ . It seems a wonderful tool.

While testing and configuring, I noticed that a Contact uses SDGuest Role by default. So every contact can see Solutions. We prefer keeping solutions info for our support rep.s and we don't want contacts to see our internal knowledge. I created a Role that cannot see solutions but I cannot set Role for Contacts.

How can I add new Roles to Contacts?
