Role or permissions to close change requests
Hi.
We've recently started to use the change module quite heavily but are having a problem with Technicians not being able to close changes.
We currently use 2 custom roles, 1 (Technician) gives view access to the change module. A second (Change Request) gives View, Add and Edit access to the change module. Our technicians have both roles assigned.
