We use ME ServiceDesk in our company to test the software. We have installed it in a new vm Windows Server 2019, latest 14.0 Build 14003 is installed.

From the first installation we have always had the same problem: after the first log in the page https://helpdesk.xxx.xx/robots.txt appears.

It's very annnoying, is it possible to fix it?
