Robo Technician and case closing
Hi,
We have purchased Robo Technician to speed up password changes. At the moment, all technicians have to complete a Job log indicating how much time was spent on a job before closing it.
This means that the robo technician cannot close a case because it cannot fill out the job log.
We get the error message:
WARNING :Password changed successfully.New password is - xxxxxx Request Closing Rules violated. Request cannot be completed. Please fill the following fields -timespent
How can we fix this. Either automatically get the timespent filled out or the rule to ignore this for this technician.
