Roadmap - who, what, where, when
I've seen many responses from tech support that they will or have all ready added a request for a feature to the "roadmap".
Where is this "roadmap" and why isn't it posted? If it is then make it easier to find.
I would like a forum called,"Roadmap" created. This forum should only allow tech support staff to post (topic) entries listing the features/functionalities that have made it on the roadmap along with when can it be expected to be released or any other tidbit of info that might be beneficial. You may want to allow users to submit responses to the topics so that a good discussion can occur.
