For the feature

"Users deleted in AD will be automatically deleted in SDP (based on configuration)"

I think this is a good feature however I think there is another level of configuration that would be desirable..

I would like to see this configured so a field is added to the user table where they can be marked as "Active" or "Disabled"

Reasons:

1) We have to retain accounts in emails for an extended length of time after someone exits our organization. It would be nice to know the account is disabled in AD. It might even be nice to put a symbol (similar to VIP) next to their name on tickets where they are "Disabled" - In this way an open ticket that has a requester who has left the organization can be reported on.

2) My concern regarding deleting the ServiceDesk account if it is deleted from AD is as follows: If they are simply deleted- previous records where the person was a requester could have issues if someone else with the right permissions ever went back to edit the ticket. I don't allow requesters to be created dynamically in ServiceDesk- that is they must exist based on our import from Active Directory. Since they would no longer be in AD, if they were simply deleted in ServiceDesk, under my use case a requester who is disabled or deleted would not be a valid option on a previously closed ticket that was opened for editing.
