v11129 - seeing a potential bug when editing notification templates in RLC transitions. 

1. I copy text from a Word document into a transition stage (AFTER). Text looks good and colours appear correct.

2. I save the notification and then go back into the template to make another change. Now some of the original text is not spaced correctly.

3. I correct the spacing issues and save the template again. 

Update: I upgraded to 11203 and the same issue persists.
