When adding a Riverbed device and checking its credentials it always fails at "Enable Username Prompt". Device Expert never gets into Enable mode befoe issuing the show running-config command.
There is no enable password configured on the Riverbed, just entering the enable command gets you into enable mode. I have tried to change the credentials to match this configuration, but have had no luck.
How do I Device Expert to enter into enable mode before issuing the "sho running-cofig" command?
