RingCentral App repeatedly fails to patch because it is running/open

Hi all,

We're running into an issue where the RingCentral application fails to update every month unless the user manually quits the application. Of course, users won't remember this every time they click the Start Now button to start patching so we need a better way to handle this one application that refuses to patch if it's running.

How do you all patch apps that need to be completely quit before the update will run? Is there a cleaner way to accomplish this?
