Rich text formatting issues with reply templates
So whenever I get asked to create a reply template, I usually received them through either a request or an personal email. I then copy the text into the reply template editor. The text is never formatted the same as the original once it's copied and pasted. Is their a solution to this? This takes up a considerable amount of my time which could be spent elsewhere.
