RHEL AS release 4 Memory Utilization

Hi, I am trying to monitor my server by application manager. Monitoring mode is SNMP. All details (CPU, Disk, IO, Processes) of server are coming perfect except memory. For Memory, it is showing 99% utilized whereas actual utilization is less then 7%. The detail of the environment is

Manager
----------
Application Manager version 8 build 8300 running on
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 5) with NET-SNMP version: 5.1.2

Client (Monitored Server)
------------------------------
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 5) with NET-SNMP version: 5.1.2

In both servers net-snmp is compiled with HOST-RESOURCE MIB suooprt.

I know the problem can be resolved if I monitor the server by CLI. But I want to monitor it by snmp to keep the environment uniform.
