Revoke Administration' Password not working on devices not in contact with the central server
Unfortunately my company did not renew the licenses for another year and we have almost 200 Android Devices enrolled in MDM. The central server is down and we cannot issue a company Wipe.
I tried with the Revoke Administration' Password from the ME MDM app but nothing seems to happen even if the password is correct. Am I missing something?
After I tap the app 5 times, the password input appears, I use the password, it doesn`t complain about being wrong, but when i go to Device App Administrator, I still cannot uncheck the tick for the App.
