Reversing traffic directions on interface

Reversing traffic directions on interface

Our router (Cisco 1921 ISR G2) is configured to export netflow 5 to a server running ManageEngine Netflow Analyzer. Our LAN facing interface (g0/0) is reporting traffic just fine, but our WAN-facing interface (g0/1) is not reporting anything. doing a "show ip flow export" reveals that flows are being performed by both interfaces. Is this because netflow 5 only supports ingress traffic, and ManageEngine is merging the two traffic reports? What ultimately need is to reverse the logic in the way that ManageEngine states traffic direction. ManageEngine reports our LAN-facing IN traffic as upload and OUT traffic as download. This is logically correct. However, having non-technical business owners to be able to understand that IN is upload and OUT is download is not working. They associate IN as inbound and OUT as outbound. What is the best way to reverse the logic so ManageEngine reporting reads correctly to our clients? Thank you
