retrieving thorough requester info

We have just started using SD and trying to put as many info as possible.
One question:
Is there any good way to retrieve through requester info? currently I choose "Admin" tab > "requester" and then if I want to know which workstation this user is using, I need to click "associate workstation" to know which workstation is associated. I can just create new request to know most of the info, it's better if I can retrieve all those data from keyword search function on left hand side. (which only shows the basic info of requester).
