Restricting who technicians can assign to
Hi all,
is it possible to get a module in maybe business rules or some sort where certain groups and technicians are hidden from specific technicians in defined sites.
This would allow TechnicianA of level1 to only see TechnicianB of level1 and Technician A & B of level 2 and nothing from level 3 above. this means he cannot bypass the "process" and only has one route to go.
