Restricting Request Templates
Hi
We have one special requester (a vendor with their own logon). What we want to do is restrict what request templates they have access to
we only want them to be able to see & use 1 specific request template & nothing else (to avoid any confusion!). We want all of our other requesters (internal users) to see all other templates that we publish in the self service portal, can someone please advise if this is possible?
