Restrict view on requests
Hi,
I like to know if it is possible to have technicians in an group. and that they can only see the request of their own group. end nothing else.
We have a group of users who wants to make use of SD functionality. But we, ICT, don't want to see their request. and they don't need to see our requests.
Does anybody know an answer?
