Is there a script available to restrict users submitting a ticket that is less than 30 days away from a date field?

Requirement: travel request forms must be submitted 30 days prior to an user's travel date. If they attempt to create a ticket, and the selected travel date is less than 30 days from the current date, the FAFR prompts the user and permits them from submitting a ticket.
