Restore of data
Dear Servicedesk guys!!!
Is it possible to restore data, created with the Servicedeskplus 5 build 5001, to restore it to a Servicedeskplus 5 build 5003. It seems this is impossible. We had a server crash and we desperatly need the data!!.
We could not download the 5001 version anymore, and frankly I don't see the point. It's just weird that we are talking about version 5 of servicedesk and that just a difference in build number gives problems with a restore.
