Restore data from Build 5501 onto Build 5507?
We've just rebuilt our SDP server and have installed the latest build (5507) onto it. However, when it comes to restore our data which comes from 5501, it says...
"Sorry, data cannot be restored. The data to be restored is not compatible with this installation of AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus"
Any ideas how I can use this data? It seems pointless going all the way back to 5501 just to moved back to 5507.
