Restore data from 7.1.0.1 to 7.2.0.2

Restore data from 7.1.0.1 to 7.2.0.2

I have a backup file from Opmanager v7.1.0.1, i want restore this data to new Opmanger server, but i did't do this, what are reasons ? Could you give me a ideal
