I have two questions regarding REST API:

1 - We're using 10534 build and https connection with TLS 1.2. In documentation I found information only about http connection. Can Rest API send requests using HTTPS method?

2- Technician key gives too many privileges for the Rest API. Can we diminish access to view requests for the particular account and wouldn't it temper privileges of the technician in the SDP. Or maybe we can create technician without login details, configure it for requests of the particular account and use it's technician key without tempering existiong technician users?
