We get tickets created automatically from our mail system into SD.

When I try to edit the "description" field on one of those tickets and try to post the edit I get an error:

Error when performing - EDIT_REQUEST - XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

All I tried was to add a space at the end of the description text and save the change.

If I use the same code to save "simple" text then it works fine.

Also one more thing;when are you adding the merge command to the API?
