Responsiveness of SD via multiple browsers

Hi,

The service desk software has always been slow to respond but it seems to have got worse after an update to Build 8002 2 weeks ago. This is for users using IE, Firefox and Chrome. Types of slow response are:

Opening a request ~ 8 seconds
Loading a list of requesters ~ 10 seconds
Refreshing the screen when selecting a different view ~ 15 seconds

The Service Desk runs on the following platform:

VM
Win2K3
3GB RAM
2 * Intel Xeon 2.5GHz CPU
Mysql DB @ 500MB

I have followed some of the steps in the following article: https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/sdp-7506-very-slow-and-time-out-request and changed the wrapper.java.maxmemory setting to 1024 but this has not had any noticeable effect.

This happens constantly throughout the day and there is no noticeable CPU spike at all. We also have a scheduled job that restarts the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus - MSP service each day at 03.00 as we were experiencing issues with that becoming unresponsive and having to be restarted in a morning. I don't think that this is a contributing factor but wanted to provide all the details.

If anyone has any tips on how to improve performance I would appreciate this as we have approx 25 users (10 office based and 15 remote) and this is becoming a constant frustration now. I have also attached the latest serverout logs in case these contain any information. If you need anything more then please let me know.
