Responded Date not populated when Request Closed
Hey Hey,
We've noticed that the 'Responded Date' is left as 0 if a Request is closed, without performing a manual 'reply'. This is unfortunate for us, as often we use Solutions to close routine-type requests.
For our purposes, the 'Close' Request action is identical to a 'Final' Response.
Would it be possible to have the 'Responded Date' populate with the 'Request Closed' date/time?
