Resources
Having resources available is an excellent idea. However:
- When a form is created with resources, there is no way to make it mandatory to select at least 1 option. A user can therefore submit a ticket that has no resources selected. When an admin creates a form and adds a resources section, that section should always be set to MANDATORY.
- If the need arises to delete a resource because it is no longer required (e.g. a business decides to cease using PCs and use Apples instead) there is no easy way of deleting those unwanted resources. One is forced to go to direct to the database and execute an SQL script to delete the offending resource(s). Admins should be able to delete resources from the Admin panel.
- It is impossible to edit an entry in a resource without deleting it first.
- Admins should be able to sort resource lists if desired.
