I have a question concerning the Resource State

When setting Resource State for an asset 'in use' , you can assign the asset to a user and/or a department.

I want to create another resource state like 'reserved' or 'in desktop dept' and it must be possible to assign the asset in this new state to a user and/or a department. Until now, I have no possibility to assign an asset to a user if the state is different to 'in use'

How could I configure this?
