Other places that I've seen and some that we've developed over here use letters or at least display all of the page links.

So, right now the resource will only show 5 page links at a time as shown in the image below...

As you can see I have 3847 items in this resource... so if I show 100 items per page that is 39 pages!!!  This is a nightmare when clicking through them especially if I want to be somewhere like page 17.  

If you look, that bar is pretty long and could easily show all the page links even for 39 page links.  So that is the first thing I think would be a big improvement.  

The other improvement I'd recommend is to not use page links that are the page number.  We have one site that we host for a call center that needs something like this... for them, we use the name field and show alphabetical page links... that way if you are looking for something that starts with 'S' then you don't have to hunt out the page with S's...  

Mostly, I really want all the page links to be displayed or at least far more than just 5.  The alphabetical idea is good but I'd be much happier if I could just see all the page links for now.

Thoughts Manage Engine???
