Resolved Date - Show on ticket?

Hiya, 

We have a very specific template where we need to record the resolved date. We aren't allowing our technicians to close tickets, so we give a grace period of 7 days from resolved before the system auto closes a ticket. Which works well, except for this one template requirement. 

I can see the information in the history and the resolution tab.

What I'd love to do would be to have a form rule update the subject with what's currently there and append "Resolved Date: dd/mm/yyyy" but I'm unsure what field I can reference to populate that information.
