Reset VM does not work

Reset VM does not work

Hello to all,


I'm trying to reset a vm (vmware) when a certain service is unavailable/down.

Tried it with a IT Automation Workflow, but I always receive an error message.

So the VM is not being reset. The error message in de workflow log is:

Reset VM
Connection to the remote host failed - Unknown machine

--------------------

Who has a solution for me?
