Reset Views on Solutions

Currently, it's only possible to reset Likes/Dislikes on Solutions however our users rarely if ever go to the effort of hitting Like or Dislike. We need a way to reset views on one, some or all solutions. It's the only way we can tell what solutions are being viewed/used.

These counts are often skewed from the very beginning as a technician that's writing the solution will often save it and continue editing later which in turn adds to the View count. 

It seems like this would be a very simple counter reset and nearly identical to resetting Likes/Dislikes.

Additionally, it would be great to have some visibility/stats on how many tickets were prevented because the user found a suggested solution when creating their ticket and so didn't need the ticket after all. Perhaps by tracking if the "view" came from using the Solutions module or if it came via Suggested Solutions while creating a ticket.
