Resend the Alarm notification If it’s not acknowledged.
Hi,
I notice the OpManager will not send email notification if it is already sent earlier. Yes, it is okay to avoid sending the same notification many times while we are working on resolving the issue. But what if no one acknowledge the alarm? Then it will stay forever until someone login to OpManager Web Client to check the status
So, i would like to have OpManager to send email notification on every status pull until someone acknowledge the alarm.
