Requirements for multiple domains

During working multiple times with Ad Manager Plus, I always stuck in some operations if we configured 2 domains.
Let us say we have 2 domains, 1st is: test.com and 2sec: test1.com. However note that ADMP server is a member of domain test.com.
most of operations are working fine for test1.com, except some Like creating GPO and creating mailbox for exchange on-premises.
These actions are working fine in the first domain test.com, so is there any additional requirements to be applied in the ADMP server if he is not a member of the domain?
