I would like to know where we are at with the following feature requests. I've also sent an email to Arun.

I need to implement this one ASAP:
We have 5 sites. We MUST be able to route by location and MUST be able to import the Office field from AD for location. The workaround I've found in the forums, route by department won't work. We imported all our users from Active directory and it does not import the location with the department. Editing every user in the requesters list to include a special department is unacceptable. I sent an email to your support 2 days ago and have not heard back. I have seen that there are some new routing rules based on location coming with the next release. I also saw that there is an AD import update where you can select fields to update. Since we MUST have this functionality and we are just starting out, we would be willing to beta test the new release.

Sol : This is slated to be available in Q2 release (expected around Jun / july). We will update you once we support the same and also it would be a free upgrade.

Purchase Orders.

I would like to see:

1. Ability to create a list of people that can approve a PO with a dropdown on the form.
2. Upon submission, a PO should be sent via email to the proper approver, based on PO Rules that we can create.
3. Approver should be able to reply to the PO email with "approved", "not approved", "denied", or something like that.
4. Approver should not have to log into the system. The main PO approvers in our company are not technicians and will never log into the ticket system. (CFO, CEO)
5. Approved PO should be emailed to the technician that filled it out, our supervisor, and our finance department.
6. Technician should have the ability to "complete" the PO when the item is recieved, again, an email should be sent to our supervisor, and our finance department so that everyone knows the item was recieved and to clear it for payment.
7. Ability to add attachment, like the scanned packing slip, emails, etc.
8. Ability to add additional notes would be good.
9. When creating a PO, a drop down for shipping address would be good so that we can select the proper site verses having to type it in every time.
10. A specific leased item template would be nice.
11. Ability to link a PO to a requester or department. Ability to link a PO to a ticket.
12. Under tasks, notify on right hand side - Should have notify approver.
13. Auto assign a PO number based on rules
14. Auto assign a PO name based on rules
15. Ability to attach a PO to a contract.
16. I think some of the associating with assets could be automated.

Customized fields

I need to be able to remove and rename default fields in the asset list. I also would like different fields for Software vs other assets.
