@@REQUESTTEMPLATE is not working

Gents,

@@REQUESTTEMPLATE=xxx@@ is not working in email. The ticket is always created with Default template.

Any another command (AddRequest, REQUESTER, TECHNICIAN, etc) is ok.

 

Could you please check, do you have the same issue ?
