Requests won't recieve in SD
i'm working in it supporter company with 500 users;we use SDP.
We have one problem in SD,when user from other site send request to sd,the requests don't show in Service Desk.
We have to restart SD untill the request can be shown in sd.
please help me how to solve my problem.
