Requests Tab Question - Drop down to select Technician and Group
This changed a few versions back now but we use to be able to just select Group in the drop down and not a Technician under the Requests Tab (Unassigned Tickets) so the ticket can be picked by anyone in the group. Now it requires us to pick the Technician too and we don't want to do that. What am I missing?
