[Requests, problem, changes] - Can not Locate the CIs exactly
1. A asset which installed many softwares, if one or two software have a change, e
specially
during evaluating risk, how to locate to the CIs exactly?
2. For problem, how to locate to the CIs exactly when technician
analyze
the
reasons ?
I konw servicedesk-plus must have solutions for these case. But only position to assets should not be a solution for these case.
