Hi,

I need a daily report for all requests older than 2 days which are not closed.

Columns I would need are  Request ID, Request Status, Created Time, Requester, Subject, Technician and Priority.

We can group this based on Group.

 

We are using mssql

SDPlus version

8.0.0 Build 8020

 

Any help would be appreciated.
