Requests duplication in 9101

Requests duplication in 9101

After update to version 9101 we got  requests duplication if it created in WinXP + IE8.
:(
Any request is inserted in table twice, with different id's. In Win7+IE and WinXP+FF all OK.

 Can anybody help ?
