We currently have filters set up so that each technician sees the Requests that are assigned to them as well as seeing any unassigned Requests in their Technicians View:
- Request status is not "Cancelled","Resolved","Completed"
- Technician is "technicians name'
I'm looking for a way to add Shared requests into that filter, so that the technicians view shows requests shared to them in their 'Technicians View' filter along with requests assigned to them or still unassigned.
We are running ServiceDesk Plus version 11.2 build 11205.
