Requests could not be found under My Groups
Hello,
My question is why the requests could not be found in the groups of My Groups.
For example,I'm assigned to the Support Group "SAP Department" (hence, the group with this name could be found in the request filter list).
I could have the listing of request in the groups which are provided by SDP. But there's nothing in the group of SAP Department. Refer to the screenshot.
Would you let me know how to solve it or what I'm missing?
The version of our SDP is 9.1 Build 9107.
