Hi

 

My users don't appear to be able to see Closed Requests older than 4 months.

I haven't archived since August 2013, and they don't appear to be able to see the archived items either.

 

In previous versions they were able to see all Closed Requests dating right back.

Did this get changed in an update?

 

My users are asking for this functionality back as they often refer to Closed Requests if they experience similar issues.
