We have just setup a 2nd instance in our Manage Engine. We have a few users that are requesters in the 1st instance and they are technicians in the 2nd instances.
When the user is in the 1st instance the users fail to load in the Email to Notify. If they go back to the 2nd instance they can only see the users in their instance and the feature work.
We do have a script setup in the 1st instance which has been working for everyone else except those that are defined in the 2nd instance as technicians. Do we need to adjust a setting in the ESM directory?
