I have an issue where a requestor is not being importing from active directory.

When I use the importing tool, and isolate the import to the OU with my 'missing' user. The number it tries to import is equal to the number of users in the OU.

When I look in the database I can see the user but they don't appear in ServiceDesk plus. Attached is a picture of the user in SQL.
