I have enabled the 3 requestor notifications to email the requestor when the request is open, assigned and closed. Currently the requestor only gets email notices when the ticket is open. I have attached a screenshot of the notification rules that i have setup for requestors and haven't changed anything in the template for each of these. I did see a blue notification at one point that told me requestors weren't setup for notifications and said to go to notification rules and when I clicked the link it just took me to the notification rules section but the options for requestor were already set. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA
