Requesters question

Hello,
 
In our company we have superusers who are placing the request at the helpdesk for the user.  Example John will call the helpdesk and ask for a technicien to go see Mary who is having problem with her laptop.
 
Since there is only one requester field, how could I setup servicedesk+ to notify both user by email when the incident is opened?
